Dinner last night....
I adapted this recipe...
http://www.kidspot.com.au/best-recipes/BBQ+4/Easy-lamb-koftas-recipe-recipe+2496.htm
I've found lamb mince to be quite fatty though and haven't been able to find a lean version anywhere?
We loved them with the lamb mince, but this time I just used 5 star beef mince instead - they were delicious :)
BP - 100/62 - bordering on low, hmmm. Feeling okay (no dizziness) so will see how it goes tomorrow.

Mmmm... they look good - thanks for sharing Rach - am loving your tips - we are all eating wraps now - LOL!
There is a wonderful butcher at the Mall (Centro Springwood) - ask him - his name is Gavin he might be able to help you with the lean lamb mince. We get all out meat from him as his stuff is great quality and cheaper (usually) than the supermarkets.
Keep going sweetie - you are doing great (and have kept me walking so thank you xx)
are you still on blood pressure meds? maybe you have to stop them.. man that would be a monumental thing to happen!
agree with you on the lamb mince :( pork and chicken are usually quite lean... and woolies lamb mince isn't usually as bad as the stuff i've bought at the butchers.
Rach, might be too time consuming but you could look at the option of mincing meat yourself. Andy does this when he has time. That way you can control how much fat goes into it.
You should look into turkey mince - apparently it's one of the leanest meats around and it's super cheap too! (Mum cooked some up the other night in a recipe instead of lamb mince and it was delicious!)
