Self Portrait

Who knew it is ridiculously hard to take a self portrait? LOL Might have to dig out the Compact Camera (and get a full length mirror :)
This was the best of a very bad lot.
I bought this shirt when it was too small, hoping I would fit into it by Christmas Day. I did :)

I have my measurements written down here somewhere from pre-July, so when I can find a tape measure I'll do a comparison.

I'd love to tone down my arms :( Anyone have any suggestions on how to work on your upper arms?

Oh my lovely friend, when I found out you were in hospital I knew in my heart you were not in a good predicament. I was really worried about you, I thought of you every night, and waited patiently for any news. You've come along way from that terrible time at hospital.
You may not realise this but "you are strong" in mind and spirit. You've had a major speed bump in your life to slow you down and take a look at things.
You are inspiring to me as always. I may be your biggest fan, and I am so proud of you.
2011 holds great things for you.

Ok - time to hand the camera over to Mark - SP are way too hard. I agree with everyone - you look super in Red! Arms - I hear ya. I was told as the weight drops keep up weight bearing training. Those dumb bells sound good (raid your pantry for tins etc Rach!). I remember (when I did see an exercise physicist? fancy exercise *specialist*) that I had to have my arm behind then drop down towards your tooshie and back up again. That was on top of the normal arm curl towards face. You have multiple muscles to work. Hope that makes sense. Feel like I'm rambling......
