a dress.....
This is the dress that I fell in love with for our family photos.
Eek. Totally unlike anything I've ever worn before.
I'm going to try and find something similar to try on before I buy it. (it's from an online store)
The sleeve length make me nervous as my arms are the part of my body that I am most unhappy with :(
They look quite short, don't you think?

its gorgeous!!
Rachel try Crossroads - I have a few dresses that are close to this style that I bought there although it was a few months ago.
Good luck - you'll look fantastic. Can't wait to see the photos!!
Rach I have 2 dresses almost identical to that, got them at Target, they did have a pretty redish/pink too, not sure if they'd still be there with Winter stuff in the shops, but they might be in the clearance?
it's gorgeous!! you might not be comfortable with your arms but remember you've shrunk nearly 40kgs ;) (they have to have shrunk too!!!)
love it....the sleeves aren't too short at all as it looks like its a bit off the shoulder so you should be fine..just think how far you have come and how your arms used to look.. charma
The dress is really lovely. You should be showing off how well you have done, and the sleeves don't look too short at all! But if it makes you feel more comfortable, you could get a crochet cardy/shrug or wrap then take it off as you feel more confident (it works a bit like a security blanket, I have/had arm issues - only recently started wearing singlet tops for excercising. We all have our "things"!) Miranda x
Yeah, I was never a fan of showing my upper arms either but I'm getting there as I become a bit more confident in myself. The sleeves on that dress don't actually look that short because it looks like it would sit wide on the shoulder so they'd be longer than they appear. Hmmm... that sounded much better in my head. *lol*
That's pretty Rach and I think you'd look lovely in it. Don't stress about your arms sweetie (I SO hear you tho!). Like Elizabeth said - you've dropped nearly 40kgs!!!! your arms have shrunk too. Try one on and see how you feel. If you need a little something over your arms, then cover them, otherwise I'm sure in the family photo you can place yourself well. Can't wait to see this family photo!!!!
